In the Netherlands, dairy data is available and provided by dairy companies, covering both cow’s milk and goat’s milk. A standard has been established for this purpose: eDAIRY. These messages contain information about the milk produced on a farm.

The milk invoice message is intended to retrieve data containing the payment details for each milk delivery.
What data is included?
For each dairy farmer, this message provides a monthly milk payment statement:
The milk quality message is intended to retrieve data on the quality of the delivered milk. This includes, for example, the levels of protein, fat, lactose, and other quality indicators.

For each dairy farmer, this message provides an overview of quality data per milk delivery:
The milk delivery message is intended to retrieve data on each milk delivery per dairy farmer. This mainly concerns the delivery date and time, as well as the quantity of milk delivered.

The grazing status message provides a statement for each dairy farm, identified by its UBN, regarding the farm’s registered grazing status. This statement is provided by the dairy company based on the dairy farmer’s grazing registration.

With this message, you receive the current grazing status for each UBN. The status indicates whether the farm applies:
For each UBN, the validity period of the registration is also included.
The dairy processor average message contains, for each dairy company, the average composition of the milk supplied during a specific period. This concerns average values for key milk quality data
