Slaughter reports
The slaughter reports message contains a complete slaughter report for a poultry flock, including message information, involved parties (slaughterhouse, farmer, paying party, and invoicing party), and identifying information related to the slaughter event. In addition, the message contains technical results such as animal counts, weights, mortality, condemnations, growth performance, and animal condition at delivery.
What data is included?
For each UBN, this message provides an overview including the following information:
- Slaughter event ID
- Slaughter date
- Animal batch ID
- Number of animals delivered
- Number of animals slaughtered
- Net total weight
- Average weight per animal (grams)
- Dead on arrival (DOA) animals (number and percentage)
- Total condemned weight (kg and percentage)
- Price per kg (excluding VAT), including premiums and deductions
