What are imported authorizations? This is the valid question that agricultural entrepreneurs have also asked via the survey.
Imported authorizations are authorizations that were defined in the past, and have been imported to the new My JoinData. However, these ‘old authorizations’ (partially) do not comply with the current requirements, and do not always have a clear purpose limitation (what will my data be used for?).
That is why we are very happy that Alfa Accountants and advisors and Flynth were the first to transform these ‘old authorizations’ without purpose limitations into authorizations with clear descriptions/purpose limitations. This makes it transparent and insightful for the agricultural entrepreneur what data is shared, for what purpose it is shared and possibly over what period it is shared. The goal of JoinData is for all the associated parties to transform the ‘old’ authorizations, to make it fully transparent for the agricultural entrepreneur what authorizations are registered for them.
JoinData will change the name ‘imported authorization’, to make it clear with whom the data will be shared. If you still have substantive questions about the authorizations as an agricultural entrepreneur, you can contact the party that your data is shared with.
