General terms and code of conduct for general use of the Wi-Fi-guest network
1. Applicability
These terms apply to everyone who wishes to make use of the Wi-Fi-guest network (hereinafter guest network) of JoinData and to access the internet accordingly.
2. Definitions
Usage:
JoinData makes the guest network available for its guests, free of charge, for personal and corporate use.
User:
The user is defined as the person who accesses the internet by means of using the JoinData guest network. The guest network enables users to make a connection with the internet, using their own equipment, without the use of cables. This way, you are not bound to a fixed location, you can realize a connection with the internet from different locations.

3. General terms
JoinData offers no support in the set-up of a connection on third party devices.
Where applicable, the JoinData house-rules apply, as set out in the general terms. JoinData is authorized to block the access to the internet, where applicable.
The usage of the guest network is on the basis of a fair use policy. This means that no fixed limit was set to the amount of data that can be sent or received. JoinData may intervene if significantly more data traffic takes place than averagely. JoinData reserves the right, for this reason or another, to block the Wi-Fi connection with the user and/or to temporarily or permanently deny a certain user the access and use if, in the opinion of JoinData, a user’s actions are inconsistent with these terms.
JoinData is not responsible for any claims deriving from the activities of the user.
JoinData will not store or retain any user data. However, a registration is made of the sign up on the Wi-Fi guest-network of JoinData. These data will be retained for the duration of 1 week. After expiry of this period, the data will be removed.
4. Code of conduct
The user commits himself to the letter of the law, regarding copyrights. You are not permitted to upload anything to the internet that you are not sure you hold the copyrights of.
JoinData takes no responsibility for information posted by the user on the server or the internet. A user is entirely responsible for the information posted on the server/the internet. The content and tenor of the text and images must not be pornographic, discriminating or otherwise offensive or improper, in any event.
The user is strictly forbidden to ventilate inflammatory messages, instigate violence, develop criminal activities and/or other malpractices., via the network Upon identification of this, a report will be filed and appropriate measures will be taken in this respect.
The user declares to never hold JoinData accountable for any outage of internet, network and/or loss of data or loss of income, due to technical or other malfunctions. JoinData cannot be held liable for damage to the user, in the broadest sense.
JoinData is specifically not responsible for any damage in connection with or as a consequence of; interruptions in or blocking of the access to the system or the internet, at JoinData or third parties, a deficiency in the security of the information stored on the systems, by the client, actions by other clients or internet users, adjustments to the logon procedure, account and email address.
The user declares to never hold JoinData accountable for any outage of internet, network and/or loss of data or loss of income, due to technical or other malfunctions.

The user who acts contrary to his or her obligations in these general terms, or code of conduct, will be held liable for any damage to JoinData, deriving from this.
JoinData reserves the right to change the general terms periodically, without prior notice. Frequently check these terms for possible changes.
JoinData commits to comply with the personal data protection, as made compulsory by the CCPA. Dutch law is applicable to these terms of use/code of conduct and any disputes related to this or to the usage of the guest network.
