What are you going to do as an allround Office Manager?
You make a major contribution to stimulate innovation in the agricultural sector. As Office Manager, you are the beating heart within JoinData. Due to your contribution, new employees quickly feel at home and get to know JoinData and the team in a structured way.
You are curious, eager to learn and focused on your development as a professional. In addition to the basic activities in which you ensure that all facilities (HR, office, meetings) are properly set up, you arrange the agenda for our management, you focus primarily on the proper organization of HR and Marketing activities. You are the point of contact for employees regarding all HR regulations and ensure that JoinData’s brand awareness continues to increase through the use of smart marketing campaigns. For the marketing campaigns, you make up an annual plan that you coordinate with the business developers.
For HR activities, you regularly coordinate with management and advise on our HR policy. In short, a versatile function that is only suitable for people who enjoy being a spider in the web and want to take the next step in their career!
These are the activities:
- All-round HR support, advice and implementation.
- Create an annual marketing plan and organizing marketing & communication activities.
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Documenting and keeping files up to date and monitoring the quality and clarity of information at management and board level in order to achieve optimal results.
- Taking minutes, preparing reports and/or action points of meetings and distributing them, as well as monitoring the follow-up of action points and implementing them yourself where necessary.
- Identifying internal and external developments in one’s own area of focus and proposing and implementing improvements.
- Perfect onboarding of new employees. You ensure that everyone feels welcome and is immediately part of our team.
- Organizing fun team outings and events.
Who are you?
An enterprising, proactive personality who can take responsibility and plan well in an environment with plenty of freedom to lead great activities and projects in collaboration with great companies from the agri- and tech business. You have an HBO work and thinking level and see this position as an opportunity to further develop yourself in the HR domain and/or Marketing. You have a healthy dose of humor, are a team player and result-driven.

- Salary indication 3,500 – 4,500 Euro based on 40 hours per week.

Who are we?
JoinData is an independent data platform that believes in agricultural innovation. Our mission is to put farmers in control of their data and encourage data sharing. For this purpose, we have developed the ‘My JoinData’ platform where farmers and gardeners have overview, insight and control over their data flows and can safely and easily share data from machines and sensors with third parties (such as application suppliers).
As a cooperative, JoinData encourages companies to use the available data to develop innovative applications (apps) that allow farmers to manage their business even more effectively. Of course, this is only possible after the farmer has given authorization for this. Approximately 280 companies are now connected to the platform and JoinData serves approximately 15,000 farmers in the Netherlands with approximately 350,000 authorizations.
